Tools We Use
Boldly Forge currently uses the following tools for meeting transcription:
- Zoom – for video conferencing and optional automated meeting transcription
- Motion AI – for internal task alignment, summaries, and operational planning
These tools are used strictly to support internal workflows and active client projects.
How Transcriptions Are Used
Meeting transcriptions may be used to:
- Capture key decisions, requirements, and next steps
- Create accurate project documentation
- Support internal task management and follow-ups
- Improve continuity across ongoing engagements
Transcriptions are not used for performance monitoring, marketing, or any purpose outside of project execution and support.
Privacy & Data Handling
- Transcriptions are accessible only to authorized Boldly Forge team members
- Transcription data is not shared with third parties outside of the tools listed above
- We do not sell, distribute, or publicly disclose transcription content
- Transcriptions are retained only as long as necessary to support active work
Consent & Opt-Out
- Transcription may be enabled at the start of a meeting
- Clients will always have the option to opt out, either verbally or in writing
- If you opt out, transcription will be disabled immediately for that meeting
- Opting out will not affect your ability to work with Boldly Forge
